How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

Demandsfast Floor Coating does not send out crews. After your request, you speak with an independent provider from the network. That provider is a separate business. They look at your floor, explain the work and give you terms.

This page covers what to expect and what to ask.

What the Provider May Ask You

Expect a short list of questions. Have answers ready.

  • What is the floor now: bare concrete, old coating or tile?
  • How big is the space?
  • Are there cracks, stains, oil spots or peeling areas?
  • Does water pool or damp patches show up after storms?
  • What finish do you want: solid color, flakes or a custom floor finish?
  • When would you like the work done?

Photos help. So does a note about past leaks or flooding.

Questions to Put to the Provider

Use this list on the first conversation:

1. How will you test the slab for moisture? 2. What prep steps come before the coating? 3. Which product do you suggest, and why for my slab? 4. How do humidity and rain change the schedule? 5. How long until I can walk on it? Drive on it? 6. What is in the written estimate, and what could change the price? 7. What warranty terms does your business offer, in writing? 8. Can you share license and insurance details that apply in my area?

Plan around the weather. A good provider will talk about it openly.

The Decision Is Yours

A referral is not a contract. You can talk to several providers. You can say no. Compare estimates side by side, and get it in writing before you agree to anything.
