Reach Homeowners Who Want Floors Done

Demandsfast Floor Coating is a referral service. Homeowners in St. Petersburg and the St. Petersburg area contact us about garage and concrete floor projects. We connect them with independent providers. This page is for contractors who want those calls.

These are not jobs with Demandsfast Floor Coating. You stay an independent business.

Who Fits the Network

We look for providers who do one or more of these:

• Epoxy garage floors
• Concrete coating and polyaspartic systems
• Custom floor finishes
• Hardwood flooring installation and other floor repair or installation

You should serve homeowners in our region, where humidity, summer storms and hurricane season shape every schedule.

What We Expect

First, be clear. Explain prep, cure time and weather limits in plain words. Next, be honest. Test slab moisture and say so when a floor is not ready.

Then follow through:

1. Answer homeowner contacts with care. 2. Give written estimates. 3. Hold the licenses and insurance your area requires. 4. Treat the homeowner's property with respect. 5. Never promise results you cannot control.

How to Apply

Send an email to contact@demandsfast.lat. Include:

• Your business name and service area
• The floor services you offer
• A short note on how you handle moisture testing and prep
• Your license and insurance details, if your area requires them

We will review your note and reply with next steps. Joining does not promise a set number of calls.
