Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

This disclaimer applies to everything on demandsfast.lat. Please read it before you rely on the site. It is a general template, not legal advice.

We Refer, We Do Not Coat

Demandsfast Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. It connects homeowners with independent epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coating providers. We do not grind, repair, coat or seal floors. Any work at your home is done by an independent provider, never by Demandsfast Floor Coating.

A Referral Is Not an Endorsement

Being referred does not mean we endorse a provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost, look or durability of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will have room for your job on a certain date. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, warranties and conduct.

General Information Only

What you read here is general information. It is not professional, engineering, legal or financial advice. Every slab is different. Moisture, cracks, old coatings and weather can all change what a floor needs. Talk to a qualified provider about your own floor.

About Prices

Any prices on this site are typical U.S. ranges, not quotes. Your price depends on floor size, condition, the prep needed and the system you pick. Get a written estimate from the provider before work starts.

How Coatings Perform

A coating's performance depends on surface prep, the product chosen, how it is applied and how the floor is used. Statements here about things like stain or UV resistance are general and differ by product. Ask the provider about the exact products and warranty for your job.

Safety

Floor coating work involves grinding dust and chemical products. Follow the provider's instructions on keeping out of the work area, ventilation and cure times.

How Demandsfast Floor Coating Gets Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Demandsfast Floor Coating when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure page has the details.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site correct and current. We cannot promise it is complete or without mistakes.
